SAI Stone supplied a number of different materials to this project called Quest Place. This is the entrance to a large apartment building in the Melbourne CBD. Firstly our customer came to us asking for an alternative to pre cast concrete retaining blocks for the garden beds. After many discussions with our factory overseas we were able to produce Ash Grey Flamed granite planters. These blocks of stone are solid all the way through. They retain all the dirt from the garden as well as look amazing. The rough size of each block is 900long by 500wide by 450thick. After the planters were installed we supplied a mixture of different colour flamed granite paving to finish the job off. We supplied both Ash grey light & Ken black dark paving. This stone is extremely hard wearing & best suited for  high traffic areas like this.
